How long does it take to get an appointment?

We can usually accommodate appointment requests within 1 week


Where is your office located?

We are located at 330 Turner McCall Ave, Ste 2000, Rome, GA. This is adjacent to Floyd Medical Center in the Physican’s Building


I have a disk that was given to me after my MRI/xray. Do I need to bring it to my appointment?

Yes. Please bring any recent xray/MRI disks as well as radiology reports with you to your appointment.


I have disability/FMLA forms, how do I get them completed?

You can give them to the check-in staff at our office. A fee may be required for completing and mailing them.


What are your office hours?

Harbin Clinic Orthopaedics is open Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Dr. Bushnell is in clinic Mondays, Wednesdays, and occasionally Fridays. If you have a question or problem please call the clinic or use the patient portal.


Do I need a physician referral to be seen?

A physician referral is not required.


I have someone who I would like to refer, how do they get an appointment?

Please have them call the Orthopaedic Clinic and request an appointment


What type(s) of surgery do you perform?

Dr. Bushnell performs surgery for many different conditions and injuries. You can see a more thorough list and description here


Can you see my previous xrays/MRI/CT-scans?

Harbin Orthopaedics can view xrays, MRIs, and CT-scans, that have been performed digitally at Harbin Clinic, Floyd Medical Center, Redmond Regional Medical Center, Cartersville Medical Center, and Coosa Diagnostics.


I want to change from another Orthopaedic Surgeon, can I do that?

You may first be asked to submit your medical records for review before you can make an appointment. However, we are happy to see patient’s wishing to transfer their care.


What insurance do you accept?

Please call Harbin Orthopaedics to verify your insurance is accepted.


Do you see patients who are interested in a 2nd opinion?

Yes. However you must submit your medical records for review before an appointment will be made.


Do you accommodate students who would like to observe.

We are happy to provide students interested in the medical field/Orthopaedics a chance to observe in clinic or the operating room. Due to facility and clinic regulations there are some limitations with these opportunities.
