Dr. Bushnell is a proud member of the Orthopedic Department at the Harbin Clinic. The Clinic is Georgia’s largest physician-owned multi-specialty practice, and it has a long history of service to Rome, Floyd County, and beyond. The Orthopedic Department at the Harbin Clinic provides the most comprehensive orthopedic care in Northwest Georgia. The department offers fellowship-trained specialists in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Hand Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, and Sports Medicine. It has been voted “Best Orthopedic Group” in Rome for the past two years by readers of the Rome News-Tribune.
Dr. Bushnell’s practice focuses primarily on injuries and conditions involving the shoulder, the elbow, and the knee. He also has a clinical interest in trauma and fractures. He cares for patients of all ages with both acute and chronic problems. He works with Mr. Robert Baudier, an Orthopedic Physician Assistant (OPA) and Ms. Ashley Gaulin, a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
Dr. Bushnell follows a very conservative approach to orthopedic care. He tries to exhaust all appropriate conservative measures first, and uses minimally-invasive techniques when surgery is indicated.
